Studio Iaccarino’s story began in 1980, when Saverio Iaccarino established a property consultancy and brokerage in Sorrento. His background in construction site management had given him a practical understanding of buildings, their potential and their lasting value. That experience shaped a firm dedicated to guiding people through important decisions, from buying and selling to letting and property asset management.

Alongside his professional work, Saverio devoted himself to the property sector and the local community. He served as president of FIMAA Napoli and FIMAA Campania, as a national council member of the federation and as a lecturer on training courses for estate agents. His civic roles in Sorrento included serving as deputy mayor. His career brought together market knowledge, education and a commitment to the community.

Today, his memory and the principles he passed on live through the work of Davide Iaccarino and Antonino Cacace. From the office at Corso Italia 159, their knowledge of the Sorrento Peninsula is complemented by economic and technical expertise, ongoing professional development and digital tools.
